5(4GlySer) linker + TEV cleavage site B4

The 5(4GlySer) linker and TEV cleavage site were designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and are in position B4. Their 3’ tag is ggTTCG as to maintain correct reading frame.

It serves as a TEV-specific cleavage site between nuclease A and transmembranary domain . The 5(4GlySer) linker, inspired by IGEM Munich 2013's team, was wrongly annotated. We corrected the annotation, created a basic part for it, and deleted the excedentary sequence.
